I thought I would share a bit of my experience with Coach Jeffrey. I have had a fair bit of experience with some of your other top coaches, and if you tracked my scoring and comments in those sessions, I really found it difficult to feel I got what I needed. I am also a qualified life coach so just because someone is successful in their own business, I know this doesn’t mean they are a good coach to someone else. In connecting with Coach Jeffrey and having had many sessions with him now over the past year, this deserves feedback.
Coach Jeffrey is sharp and deeply insightful. He is seriously intelligent and has a broad depth of knowledge, which means he has answers and insights to share without wasting time. But most important, I perceive he has a great ability to really “get” and understand what the client is not only saying, but what they are truly meaning. He loves sharing his enthusiasm, and it’s clear he has an incredible gift as a supporter of people’s greatness. This drive does not seem to be from a space of boosting his own self-worth, but from a genuine desire to be of service and support others. I was really pleased to hear that he has been included in more of the coaching teams and top-level packages, as I am very sure that there will be people like myself at those events that are ‘difficult to coach’ because we demand our coaches step up to be even more than just ‘good.’
